Helaka opened an eye and glared up at him from her bed of straw and moss.
"I SUPPOSE we could take turns guarding the clearing...." She grumbled.
"You sleep in the other cave out there, the bigger one. More roomy," She yawned and turned her back on him, pretending to be asleep, snoring obnoxiously loud.
